Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your new furniture does not meet your expectations, we have a clear and fair returns process.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inform us that you wish to return your order. The item must be unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in its original packaging so that it can be resold.

- We will arrange a collection date that works for you
- Once the goods are received back and inspected, your refund will be processed
Collection Charges
Garden furniture is large and heavy, so a collection fee may apply for change-of-mind returns. We will confirm the exact amount before arranging the pick-up. If the product is faulty or was damaged during delivery, all return costs are covered by us.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your furniture arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund at no extra cost. All of our sets are quality-checked prior to dispatch, but we recognise that transit damage can sometimes occur.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of the returned item reaching our warehouse. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
